Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order before it ships, from your account, in one step.

Returns are accepted within the window shown on each product page, in original condition. Start a return from your account and we arrange the pickup.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five to seven working days of the returned item reaching us. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bank account you provide.
